CMBS LOAN UNDEWRITER

As a Loan Underwriter, you will critically analyze commercial real estate loans by performing fundamental line item re-underwriting to derive sustainable cash flows and valuations on a broad range of properties.

 

Requirements

 

Five years of direct experience in commercial real estate underwriting across a broad range of property types.

 

 

Working knowledge of legal and structural elements of commercial real estate loans.

 

 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

 

 

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

 

 

Working knowledge of CMBS structures and transaction documentation review
