Well known amongst the Australian banking industry, our client is seeking an experienced Consumer Mortgages Service Officer to join their busy team in Perth CBD.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment within the mortgage operations division in the settlements area. You will be responsible for processing of any pre and post settlement activities which include registration of mortgages, stamp duty assessment, consent, registration of second mortgage and settlement dispatch.
To be successful for this position you will need mortgage settlements experience. Due to the document processing aspect of the position, good computer skills are essential. This position is a fantastic temporary opportunity which may go permanent.
