Rota Skipper Corp, a leader in design and manufacture of automated equipment and contract machining for the food industry, is recruiting for a CNC Machinist. This forty seven year old company, located 5 miles east of the Illinois /  Indiana border and 20 miles south of the Chicago Loop. A successful applicant for the CNC Machinist position must be motivated and self-starting in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

 

 

 

Position Responsibilities / Requirements

 

·         Program all parts on off line PC software (cadcam).

·         Able to set up and run machine.

·         Hold tight tolerances

·         Ability to machine parts to the drawing.

·         Knowledge of machining Stainless Steel a must.

·         Five (5) years CNC Machinist experience a must.

·         Three (3) Years working on Haas Mills a must.

·         PC proficiency and knowledge of Edge Cam or equivalent to a must.

·         Must possess a strong sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
