CNC Machinist (Paid Training) Job in Springfield 62776, Illinois Us
We are currently hiring up to 5 individuals to become skilled CNC machinists to work on night shifts on a long-term basis. Qualified candidates will have a strong work history within a manufacturing environment with the willingness and ability to learn a skilled trade. Must possess a strong mechanically aptitude and have good math skills. Drug and background checks administered after job offer.
Training on 1st shift(6AM-4:30PM) for 4-6 weeks, moving long-term to night shift, details below:
Shifts:
-Weekday Nights (Monday through Thursday 11PM - 8AM)
-Weekend Nights (Friday through Sunday 6PM - 6:30AM) work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours
*Overtime hours available/expected
Starting Pay:
$11-13/hr (Based upon work history, math testing, and interview)
