Co-Head of Corporate Finance – Investment Bank
*** Excellent opportunity for a Co-Head of Coporate Finance position with a leading Investment Bank based in Singapore covering all aspects of the Corporate Finance space ***
This fantastic opportunity is with one of the most exciting and expanding financial institutions in the region, they have an excellent corporate finance team and are leading the way with transactions and deals in south east Asia.
The position is seeking an experienced Investment Banker with 10-15 years in Corporate Finance, particularly with strong IPO experience (not from ECM side), due diligence, regulatory dealings and structuring. At this level you will have both excellent Origination and Execution experience with good relationships and contacts in the market. Any experience with Business Trusts or REITs would be hihgly beneficial. It would suit a senior VP looking to make the step up into a Head position or an existing Deputy Head of Corporate Finance performing a similar function and looking for a better platform.
