Premier Foods are creating a centre of excellence for supply chain planning, logistics and customer service at their site in Rugby. The project is scheduled for completion in mid 2012.

Premier Foods have production sites all over the UK and are currently recruiting for Customer Service, supply chain and logistics professionals in Rugby, Warwickshire. As part of a strategic initiative to make Rugby the Grocery Customer Supply, Logistics and Service Centre for Premier Foods in the UK.
As part of this business initiative they need a number of Coordinators across several functions including Customer Focus, Change Management and Stock Availability within their supply chain team based in Rugby.
Customer Focus Coordinators - The successful candidate will be involved in the progression, escalation and resolution on all issues likely to affect Customer Service. Key Contact/Front Line for Customers/Supply Chain/Nam’s on all product availability service issues.
ATP and DRP Coordinators - The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that through liaison with different areas of the supply chain product availability is maximised in order to fulfil customer orders.
Change Management Coordinator - The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, coordination and progression of all Customer Brand Export Branded New Product Development and label changes in order to ensure successful change /launch is achieved, in conjunction with commercial teams.
You will also be expected to contribute on all customer focus projects and will therefore, be passionate about customer satisfaction and not afraid to challenge the status quo and manage upwards as well as downwards. An effective communicator, your natural ability to prioritise and pro-actively manage your day is key to this role. Proficiency in the use of word and excel, strong attention to detail and above average analytical skills are essential. Please note that a minimum of 3 weeks basic training in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire staying away from home is a prerequisite.
