Project Details:
SFDC Case Management was implemented in for Autodesk, Inc. approximately 1 year ago. As part of the current project, the system is undergoing major enhancements and customizations. Key objective of the project is to development and support key business requirements working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• Taking defined user stories/requirements and translate into foundational changes for the SFDC CRM application.
• In each Agile sprint, be able to understand proposed solution, and do configuration changes in Salesforce.
• Develop data integrations between legacy systems and SFDC
• Provide user acceptance test plans and assistance during user testing.
• Submit build requests with admin team to push changes to different Salesforce environments.
• Providing UAT data and access to business internal and external users, and triages defects.
• Plan for feature testing with the sprint team, organize test scripts, runs tests and provide report on test status and defects.
