Credit Structuring North America is a 15-person team within Global Markets that partners with Global Credit Trading, the Institutional Client Group, Debt Capital Markets and Global Banking to originate and distribute risk associated with a variety of credit products, including credit derivatives and exotics, correlation, illiquid credit and private placements, CDOs/CLOs, ABS, Project Finance and Infrastructure, and longevity and insurance-linked products. The group develops products, tailors solutions and distributes risks derived from the books of DB and its clients.

Relevant Background and Experience
Candidates should have the following:
•Up to 2 years of experience mainly in modeling and structuring CLOs as well as other components of the above product suite
•Candidate should be versatile in modeling transactions using VBA / Excel
•Familiarity with Intex a plus
•Experience working on deals and within deal teams: trades within our team will take 2-4 months to execute
•Possess the ability to learn new products/structures quickly
 
Responsibilities
Working in close coordination with the NY team, members of the JAX team will have the following responsibilities:
•Managing  all aspects of a trade, from origination to legal closing.  Candidates will liaise with salespeople and clients on a regular basis, as well as other external counterparties (asset managers, counsel, rating agencies, etc.)
•Price and model prospective and live trades; run scenario analyses for potential investors; reconcile internal models with rating agencies
•Optimization analysis on portfolio construction and capital structure tranching for prospective deals
•Draft term sheets; develop presentations and marketing materials; review offering materials/documents
•Provide post-deal support and maintenance (e.g. reporting, invoicing, coordination with middle office, etc.)

Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree or equivalent
•Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
•Be extremely diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•FINRA Licensed if any will be an added advantage
