Collection & Recovery Project Manager and Business Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst and a Project Manager from a Collections and Recoveries background to be involved in one of the largest change programmes in London.
You will need to have a Financial Services background with specific Collections and Recoveries experience to apply.

Project Manager:
You will Lead and take responsibility for the Collection And Recoveries workstream linking in with key Stakeholders to achieve deliverables.
Build and manage effective relationships with stakeholders and business partners across Operations, as well as Divisional partners.
Manage, lead and support a small team to deliver the scope of the sub-workstream, including identification, update and sign off of critical business processes, including hand in / hand offs. Provide direction to project team where required.
Ensure the sub-workstream remains on track against agreed delivery milestones and scope of the projects, leading and driving recovery action if required.
Liaise with other leads to ensure that the deliverables and timescales for the sub-workstream allow for successful delivery of the whole workstream / project within the agreed timescales.
Manage risks, issues and dependencies impacting upon the sub-workstream to ensure they are effectively monitored and mitigated, escalating through workstream lead and Governance where necessary.
Attend regular Governance forums, providing updates on sub-workstream, including any spotlights or change requests.
Point of reference as a Senior SME for the Operations workstream

Business Analyst:
Undertake detailed analysis of various Collections Recoveries processes/products
Prepare reports to provide pertinent management information
Have the ability to work on your own taking ownership/responsibility for a sub workstream
Have the ability to work with others in a small Team
Identify risks, issues and dependencies impacting upon the programme to ensure they are effectively monitored and mitigated, escalating through Collections Recoveries Lead and Governance where necessary.
Attend regular Governance/Project forums, providing updates on workstream, including any spotlights or change requests
Basic stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate/interact with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Technical Colleagues across the Rainbow Programme
