Collections Advisor/Telephone Negotiator
My client is one of the UK’s largest and most respected law firms. Multiple jobs have arisen within the Collections Team to become a Telephone Negotiator/Collections Advisor.
This job itself is the collection of overdue debt whilst building and maintaining relationships with the client’s customers. You will be the point of contact; therefore excellent customer service must be delivered at all times.
The jobs have become available due to the company expanding. The successful candidate will be required to make and receive outbound and inbound calls liaising with customers that have outstanding payments to negotiate repayments within defined deadlines. You will record all customer contact, whilst treating them fairly and professionally adhering to legislation and codes of practice.
You will also be required to have a credit check and a 5 year reference to be eligible to work in this job.
