Collections Agents
Our leading banking client is seeking a number of Collections Agents to join a brand new Edinburgh based campaign.
This telephone based role will be both inbound and outbound.
The ideal candidate will come from a collections based background in any consumer focused, regulated sector. You will understand the nature of negotiating a repayment plan that will be adhered to. Experience within credit control and debt collecting would will also be relevant.
In addition to your collections experience you will be able to communicate with people from all walks of life, you will be experienced in negotiating a settlement that meets both the customers' needs and the best interests of the bank while making sure you meet targets at the same time.
Further to professional experience this role also requires strong communication and influencing skills as well as an empathetic attitude.
The positions will include shift work on a rotational basis. Hours will vary between 9am and 8pm and will include a Saturday morning every second week.
Due to the nature of this position it is imperative that you have a clean credit file
