Collections Negotiator
A large retail business with a strong national presence has approached Hays seeking a Collections Negotiator/Credit Controller to join their team based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. Working within a large team, you will be provided with plenty of support upon joining the business and will also have the opportunity to progress within the business in the future. Reporting into the Collections Manager, the Collections Negotiator/Credit Controller will be liaising with customers on a daily basis with the aim of securing owed monies.
On a daily basis duties for the Credit Controller will include the making of outbound calls with overdue debt to arrange payment plans, talk through payment plans and secure owed monies for the business. You will be working within a target driven environment where you will have the opportunity to secure bonuses on top of your basic salary, therefore this is a rewarding role for the right candidate with a strong credit control or collections background.
The successful candidate must have significant experience working within a credit control or collections role, ideally having worked in a role where they are liaising with individuals, as opposed to businesses.
