This managerial position will provide financial insight and decision support across a range of finance initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, strategy reviews, investment appraisals, performance monitoring across both revenue and costs.
Actively supporting the Finance Business Partners, you will provide timely, reliable, and insightful financial support that will drive Senior and Executive financial and commercial discussions. You will confidently manage the end to end delivery of a varied range of initiatives / projects, drawing actionable business insight from financials and proactively influencing Business Partners; developing and matching solutions to meet business needs.
You will be a post qualified accountant with experience in financial control or management accounts. Time-served experience in a commercial ‘decision support’ role in a blue chip environment, not necessarily in the financial sector, or for a Big 4 firm with exposure to similar clients, will be highly regarded. You will be at ease communicating with executive level stakeholders and have previous exposure to commercial business operations, demonstrating an awareness of current business issues with an ability to see relevance to own business areas / divisions.
