Commercial Accountants (Decision Support Managers) recruitment
Business Services is the backbone of the Group, providing a diverse range of high quality services to the customer-facing operations within the Group. Business services includes; Technology Services, Group Operations, Group Property, Security and Risk (Corporate Security Services), Business Services Risk, Business Services Finance, Business Services Human Resources, Strategy and Architecture, and Procurement.
Business Services Finance provides business and financial expertise to help the division define and achieve its objectives.
Within these Commercial Accountant roles, you'll pro-actively support, challenge and influence the senior management of Business Services, in their decision making process. As well as contributing to the delivery of Group objectives, you'll also provide accurate, timely, and relevant information and analysis to the Group, together with appropriate levels of interpretation. Additionally you'll provide guidance and direction to enable the business to make informed decisions from a financial perspective. Raising appropriate levels of challenge to business assumptions and performance criteria, will be key.
You'll need to be a focussed qualified accountant / management accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) to be successful in this Commercial Accountant role. Naturally, you'll have strong business acumen, and experience within the financial services or commercial sector. You'll have proven ability to communicate at the highest level in a large organisation coupled with strong analytical skills, and experience assimilating information and formulating solutions.
