Your role will be to support the delivery of retention campaigns and analyse credit card performance to provide insights that will influence the ongoing strategy.
This will be done by leading the delivery of marketing campaigns with Risk, Marketing, Change and Operations, analyse credit card performance and present findings to your manager and colleagues.
Our candidate will have:
- Experience with MI databases and various types of analysis to develop data driven proposals.
- Good organisational skills with some experience of project management.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience in a commercial role in financial services, ideally working on a credit card product
- Experience of SQL and/or SAS however this is not essential
