Commercial banking – Insurance Specialist recruitment
Our client is the region leader in corporate/ commercial banking. With an ambition of growing and enhancing their client service, we are helping them identify candidates for the role of Insurance specialist. This is a new team that would work closely with Corporate Relationship Managers in helping to provide/ sell bancassurance solutions to SME/ Corporate clients. You will be responsible to achieve the bancassurance sales production target assigned to you besides being involved in marketing events related to bancassurance and ensure completion of the entire bancassurance sales and underwriting process. In addition, you are to ensure that business activities adhere to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements including compliance with the FAA and related Acts.
Requirements :
• Tertiary qualification with minimum 6 years of related experience
• Possess the relevant accreditations (Modules 5, 9, HI)
• Excellent business acumen and able to deliver sales targets
• Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
