Commercial Banking – Relationship Manager recruitment

Commercial banking - Relationship Manager primarily responsible for managing relationships customers pertaining to the business banking segment allocated to him and act as a 'one-stop solution' for all such customers' requests/ needs in Qatar.
- Act as the single point of contact for servicing all needs/ queries pertaining to the referenced customers (24/7/360). Ensure customer complaints are handled/ resolved in the most expeditious manner.
- Provide inputs to the Head of Business Banking in the preparation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/ units to achieve improvements in turn around time which will also help increase external customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with the all other related departments and units to ensure timely processing and resolution of the needs/ queries of the Business Banking customer base including any related operational issues and thereby facilitate achievement of the Group's goals/ objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required on the Business Banking customer base.

Who we're looking for

- University graduate with at least 7 years managerial experience in financial services with a specialization in managing accounts/ relationships of the Business Banking customer segment.
- Well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and any regulations for the business banking segment with at least 3 years experience in local environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
- Superior people relationship skills and awareness of risk management concept and practices.
- Good understanding of the Business Banking customer base, its needs and expectations.
- Follows a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of products, services and delivery channels available to Business Banking customers.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives
