GENERAL SUMMARY Primary responsibility for structuring, drafting and negotiating a variety of recurring customer agreements on behalf of EMC. Reports to Counsel, Manager Commercial Agreements. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *Solve legal and business problems arising in sales and other go-to-market areas. *Ensure best practices are implemented consistently. *Negotiating and drafting with EMC's customers, with emphasis on largest accounts, master/umbrella purchasing, consulting and early product access agreements. *Ensure sales and legal management is aware of important issues. *Serve as key interface to clients and provide input on templates, legal policies and other legal documents. *Assist in developing legal models for all aspects of direct sales business. *Keep up to date with changes/trends with UCC. SKILLS *Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. *Ability to work independently. *Communication skills.
