An international blue chip consumer company is seeking a commercial finance manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand and market leader within the FMCG industry.
The role has emerged through the continuing growth of the business. My client is looking for a commercial finance manager to work alongside the marketing and sales divisions to ensure that they achieve their strategic and financial goals. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance this role will have autonomy to decide business strategy with your partners in non finance.
The commercial finance manager will be responsible to drive profitability, identify risks and provide robust and commercial decision support to the sales and marketing directors and their teams.
Furthermore, the role will support ad hoc project work for new market initiatives or new product areas.
The commercial finance manager must be accountancy qualified, have strong critical thinking and analytical skills plus have experience within FMCG, retail or leisure. The ability to build rapport with colleagues is critical because the role will involve developing relationships with both finance and non finance personnel.
