My client has established themselves as a specialist solution provider of commercial fit out solutions targeting project management organizations, and the architecture and design community. My client has recently completed projects with Commercial, Hospitality, Corporate and Government ranging from $500K - $6M.
This role requires strong commercial acumen utilizing all of your business development expertise in the architecture and design sector where you will be supported by a dynamic team of highly skilled professionals across project managers and designers.
The Role
- Grow and develop business targeting the Corporate End Users, Architecture Design Industry.
- Identifying prospective new business / projects and expanding on current contact base
- Produce and implement market plan to achieve business revenues and targets
- Liaise with manufacturing departments, operations and in house design teams
- Managing a large personal budget
- Promoting and specifying a premium product.
- Attending various industry events, trade shows and seminars etc
The Person
To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate the following:
- 3 -5 years minimum experience within Commercial Fit Outs and Interior Solutions
- Current contacts and relationships established within the AD Industry.
- Senior Sales or Business Development Experience
- Strong ability to build rapport with colleagues and clientele alike
