Summary :
Reports to the Director of Information Technology, providing  technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.

Education and/or Experience : 
Four year degree in information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of various hardware and software packages; Database software; Internet software and Word Processing software, such as

Hardware:  Intel based servers, PC’s, Laptops.  Network and stand alone printers, Hand held PDA’s (iPhones and Blackberry’s),  Virtual Servers, LAN Routers/Switch 

Software:  Microsoft Office Suite, Windows XP Professional, Windows 7Professional,  MS Server 2k3 and 2k7,  SQL or other relational database, Webex, Backup Exec, Active Directory, Symantec Antivirus,  Sharepoint, Crytstal Reports
