Our client, an influential Law Firm here in Luxembourg with prestigious clients and highly skilled legal practitioners in all departments, is actively seeking to add a Professional Support Lawyer to their business practice.

You will have the opportunity to build an influential role within the firm, be fully integrated to the management team of the practice, and have a positive commercial influence on all levels of staff within the legal structure – a new role within the Luxembourg marketplace. Importantly, due to the internal focus of this role, the hours in the office shall be regulated and flexible to internal demands allowing you a strong work-life-balance to be maintained/obtained.

The Responsibilities:

When you begin this exciting venture, you will be expected to provide the following services from a business law perspective:

•Assist with the technical and legislative development projects which naturally arise in a firm of this stature – thus will be able to proactively keep the firm up-to-date with legal alterations while build your commercial management acumen

•Build the legal/technical-orientated marketing material with specific client-focussed purpose with the support of commercial professionals (i.e. publications and case studies etc) – allowing you to be creative in a business sense through legislative interpretation

•Further build and extend the styles and documents of the law office inline with corporate/commercial protocol – thus use your clients skills to ensure customers have optimal service at all times from all they interact with

•Aid the training and ongoing development of all levels of hierarchy including providing technical workshops and tailored internal seminars – thus using your competence in an ongoing basis with the support network of the firm

Overall then, this opportunity will allow you to exercise your legal aptitude, your management skills, and your creative flair on a regular basis – thus provide you with a truly diverse and interesting role daily.

As you will feel, this role is varied, involved, and utilises high-level legal and business skills at all times, thus in order to be the best fit for the demand you shall have to:

•Be an experienced legal expert which has proven business law competence for many years in Luxembourg – in order to understand and provide legitimate advice/support internally

•Have an investigative, upbeat, and communicative personality which can engage all levels of hierarchy in a credible manner – to allow you to be successful in the wide range of tasks expected

•Show a willingness and ability to take a ‘concept’ and really develop such a thought in a commercially viable manner to add value to the firm at each step of development – which will add to the ongoing growth and prestige of the firm
