DESCRIPTION
To provide focused support and real time knowledge management to global and regional sales teams on target Global Accounts to ensure first fit, expanded core products growth, and global connection on price, product and commercial programs.  Connect ESCO processes with global account customer processes with emphasis on price and contract management.

Essential functions of this position include, but not limited to:
• Pricing focus and ownership including maintenance of the global price matrix on selected accounts to ensure alignment and understanding of price by account
• Contract management including the capture of all assigned global account contracts and agreements
• OEM contract support including collaboration with business champion of PH agreement to implement the program
• First fit tracking including linkage to Supply Chain and generation of the monthly first fit report
• Global Team support including maintenance of the Share point site
• Support of customer visitation standard work and assistance with global account visits
• Assist with identifying trends at global accounts including customer activity, news, new equipment and new projects.
• Utilize global CRM database to support global accounts team and provide reports as required
• Work with sales, marketing, and engineering teams on problem resolution to maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Global pricing clarity and action plans to address issues
• Capturing all contracts and agreements for selected global accounts
• Securing customers commitment to ESCO “first fit”
• Assist in building sales of ESCO expanded core products

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or other related fields. MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years industry related experience
• High level of product, market, and customer base knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in basic information technology tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Sales Logix)
• Travel support as required, less than 10%
