Commercial Real Estate Business Developer (Brooklyn)
Community Bank with 10 branches in the NYC area is seeking an experienced commercial real estate - loan officer. This position will require calling on companies, real estate developers as well as individuals who are interested in financing owner occupied properties. Candidate must have prior bank expereince and some experience with analyzing real estate deals to ensure that they make practical sense. Also, requires submitting a proposal to credit committee for loan approval. Experience working in the Brooklyn market will be helpful.
