Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst and/or Underwriter recruitment
CRE Analyst
- evaluate credit worhiness of borrower, real estate collateral,and loan structure
- responsibie for all aspects of loan from proposal to closing
- analyze property operations (reveues, expenses, projections, and viability of the loan)
- assess leases
- review loan files, inspections, and o annual reviews
MUST HAVE A BA DEGREE + 6 MONTHS CREDIT ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE
CRE Underwriter
- must be able to underwrite construction and CRE loans
- monitor construction loan portfolio
- monitor compliance with regulatory requirement
MUST HAVE BA DEGREE + 3 YEARS EXPEREINCE IN CRE UNDERWRITING. WE WOULD PREFER SOME CREDIT TRAINING
