The Position
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Analyst, with 3 to 5 years of related experience, to join our company. This position will work directly with the company principal. The position is based in Tampa.
The analyst will be responsible for:
• Property Underwriting
• Financial Modeling (using Argus and Excel)
• Offering Memorandum and Marketing Material Preparation
• Lease Abstracting
• Retail Market Analysis
• Research of Comparable Sales and Property Owners
• Database Management
Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University and preferably a Master’s degree in Real Estate or Finance. The candidate must also be very organized and detailed, as well as have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The position requires excellent verbal and written skills and a strong knowledge of Argus, Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience and knowledge working Adobe In-Design (or Photoshop) is a plus. A great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are a MUST.
