Commercial Retention Advisor

Our client, based in the Teesside area, is looking for Commercial Retention Advisors to will be required to effectively handle customer enquiries providing brilliant customer services to existing customers who are thinking of leaving through a variety of media channels with the objective of resolving complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction. The ideal candidate will support the development of ‘best in class’ service, dealing with customers and suppliers offering a full compliment of service and continually improving the customer journey. Participating in achieving overall goals and objectives within the Contact Centre, assisting with the integration of new products and services into business as usual activities. Based on the phone, post holders will play an important role in providing great customer experience to all customers.

Candidates will need to be able to work flexible hours and work any 5 in 7 days a week.
