Commodities Legal Entity Controller recruitment
Our client, a leading Investment Bank, currently seeks a Commodities Legal Entity Controller, to be based in London.
The Commodities Legal Entity Controller is a part of the LEC team, and will be responsible for:
- Production of statutory accounts under UK, Swiss, and other relevant local GAAP
- Ensuring compliance with local and group accounting standards and monthly sign of balance sheet and pnl
- You will be that primary point of contact for queries relating to the legal entity, assisting in ensuring an effective control environment
As such, the successful Commodities Legal Entity Controller will have the following skills and experience:
- Accountancy qualification essential
- Commodities knowledge not essential but would be preferable
- Motivated self starter with ability to work unsupervised
- Tenacious mind with ability to challenge the status quo
