This position may office in the Phoenix, Colorado Springs or Jamestown site.

This supply chain position is responsible for managing a global strategic commodity team, consisting of Strategic Sourcing and Work Transfer team members. The position is responsible to provide leadership in the execution of the supply chain vision and develop and execute a commodity strategy. The position will represent Goodrich Interiors supply chain strategic initiatives at various levels throughout Goodrich Corporation.

Goodrich Information:
Manager of an assigned area of the Interiors strategic supply chain organization
Works cross functionally with Interiors tactical value-stream procurement organizational touch points
Experience leading global work transfer and strategic sourcing teams and activities
Represents Interiors on Goodrich corporate commodity teams
Represents Interiors commodity management supply chain organization to Interiors senior leadership team
Leader in the execution of the Interiors supply chain vision and strategic imperatives
Leads commodity strategy definition and development
Tie in with ENT on next sources, emerging markets
Leads effort to target next sources, rationalization opportunities, etc
Leads strategic negotiations, ESA's, ISA's
Drives key commodity metric performance
Other duties as assigned

Initiate or recommend salary action
Accountable for the work performance of the team
Responsible for training
Conduct performance appraisals and coach for career development
Responsible for developing and managing a budget

Four Year Degree (Supply Chain or Engineering preferred)

* 7+ years minimum experience in supply chain/procurement leadership with increasing levels of responsibility.
* Expererience in related activities in aerospace may be an acceptable substitute (e.g. Operations Mgmt, Program Mgmt, etc.
* Extensive commodity/strategic sourcing experience working with mutiple aerospace components.
* Ability to establish credibility with business counterparts.
* Demonstrated success in developing detailed plans and carrying through to successful execution.
* Experience with global activities, including sourcing and/or operations within different cultures and styles.
* Experience managing or leading projects or programs.
* Personnel leadership experience- hands-on experience managing teams.

Personnel leadership and organization management skills
* Numeracy skills- financial analysis + business acumen - must be data driven
* Excellent Communication skills
* Knowledge of procurement and supply chain modern processes and techniques.
* Experience with global sourcing activities in North America, Europe, India, SE Asia, and China.
* Project Management
* Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with business counterparts

Perferred
Professional supply chain certification - CPM, CSCP, CPP (ISM, APICS, CIPS)
* Senior CI accreditation ( Lean + Six Sigma - both classroom + field accreditation ) preferred
Project Management - PMP preferred
