One of world's leading companies in commodity trading industry with more than 100 years history around the world now begin to build up and grow its business in China.
Due to the expansion of the business, they are actively looking for some commodity trader for different desks in China. You will require leading and growing the team to a higher level.
To be a qualified business owner, you will carry out profitable day to day trading in China domestic commodity future markets. The underlying commodities could either be industrial products, for example, rubber, rebar, coke or soft commodities, like sugar, cotton or even agricultural products, such as soybean, meal, soybean oil, palm oil. You need to carry out fundamental analysis in the traded products from supply and demand perspective. As a independent trader, you need to design and execute hedge for physical trading teams. You will also work closely with physical trading team to facilitate the future trading.
As for qualification, you shall have minimum degree of bachelor with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in commodity future trading with proven track records. You shall be knowledgeable in the supply / demand analysis for commodities. Moderate English ability is required. Working experience in top tier local hedge funds is a plus.
