Communications & Content Manager (12 Months)
An excellent 12-month Communications Content Manager opportunity with a City membership organisation has arisen for a broad-skilled marketing executive or manager. The role will involve a range of duties providing experience across both online and offline marketing channels, and in events, PR, brand and campaigns.
The role involves two key projects, firstly a UK cosmetic rebranding programme n preparation for an upcoming advertising campaign, and secondly a thorough audit and review or the organisation's member benefit package as part of an annual renewal programme. An overarching theme is to drive customers to use online channels, particularly the website and social media offering.
Working closely with the Marketing Director you will be involved with:
* Maintaining ongoing engagement with existing CFA UK members through the distribution of relevant content
* Managing relationships, contracts and ongoing performance data sponsorship and advertising partners
* Managing website content, including keeping content up to date and appropriate, and making improvements to functionality to improve engagement and satisfaction
* Sourcing testimonials and feedback from our members for marketing purposes
* Carrying out general marketing tasks, and work with the Marketing Director to ensure marketing and communications functions are joined up and complementary
Requisition for experience and skills:
* University degree
* Minimum of 24 months in a marketing role
* Social media channel strategy and content experience
* Good general marketing skills and strong organisational skills
* Understanding of how to use data and analytics to measure effectiveness
* Proven track record in drafting media copy
* Interest in financial markets preferred
* Rebranding project experience desirable
