Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator with SAP

A well established distribution organisation based in Watford are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator to work within their busy department.  Reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will be responsible for:

Answering a high volume of in-bound calls (approx 70 per day)
Managing customers expectations and providing an excellent level of service at all times
Taking customers orders and processing them on the system
Raising credit notes
Logging all enquiries
Provide quotations for new enquiries ensuring the price is within set guidelines
Up-selling on products and generating leads
Following up on leads gained from Account Managers
Closing sales
Being proactive with sales promotions
Responding to customer complaints in the appropriate manner and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the result

Candidates for this role must have previous office based customer services or sales administration experience.  Candidates must have a positive and forward thinking attitude, be proud to work for the company and continually ensure that customers receive the level of service required.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 but you must be flexible and willing to work outside of these hours when necessary.
