About the role
In this newly created role you will work closely with the Global Head of Operations and HR Director for the Financial Management Group to engage staff, through effective communication, across the Group. You will also work closely with the HR team to plan and facilitate the technical training strategy for the Group. In this global role you will work with a team of over 1,100 staff in locations across ANZ, EMEA, Asia, and the Americas.
Key responsibilities will include:
- managing the implementation and continued delivery of communication plans
- working with the Global Head of Operations, business and HR to develop and deliver key messaging
- identifying innovative communication solutions in line with business objectives
- evaluating and assessing technical training needs across the Group
- working with technical experts to develop and execute technical training
- ensuring appropriate evaluation, measurement and reporting of communication and training activities
About you
To be successful, you will have experience designing and delivering effective communications across international locations and time zones. You are able to demonstrate a background in managing multiple stakeholders and driving quality outcomes. You will also have:
- tertiary qualifications preferably in Communications, Learning Development or Finance
- knowledge and experience in effective communications across all mediums
- demonstrated experience in the successful design and delivery of technical training in a professional environment
- the ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders
- the drive and focus to deliver within tight timeframes, ensuring quality output and demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- exceptional time management skills together with the ability to prioritise deliverables
