- Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field of study preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Five to seven years of professional experience in Communications or related field.
- Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
- Personal computer proficiency with a good working knowledge of the following software applications: e-mail, publishing software, Microsoft Office products.
- The ability to partner with customers, understand business needs and apply communications-related solutions.
- Excellent customer service orientation, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
