COMMUNITY CARE WORKERS – SOUTH SOUTH WEST
Allied Healthcare is recruiting casual, on-going agency staff to service new contracts and to provide care and assistance to clients that are frail, aged and live with disabilities in the community across the south-west (from Bankstown through to Camperdown) and south of Sydney (St George and Sutherland Shire).

Bookings are often for just one hour, but a roster of continuous visits will be established when possible to suit your specific needs (e.g. mornings or evenings only). Many services are on-going and booked in advance, although we also need people who can provide emergency cover at short notice for “one off” visits.
We require:
Our minimum expectations are:
- 6 months recent practical experience in a relevant work environment (e.g. in-home care, nursing or group home, hospital, etc)
- Certificate III (Aged Care, Home Community Care or Disability)
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Current work rights in Australia
- 2 employment or study related references
- Mobile 'phone
- Your own transport with current NSW driver licence
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Not only must staff possess the appropriate skills to be able to efficiently perform their duties, they must also have the right values, personality and commitment to ensure the needs of their clients are consistently being met.
