COMMUNITY NURSES
I am urgently looking to recruit Registered General Nurses, to work through Hays, to provide NHS Community Nursing services in Bolsover. I am looking for RGNs that are flexible and keen on the opportunity to provide excellent care to patients within their homes.
Working as a Community Nurse Specialist you will be responsible for providing nursing care that allows patients to remain in their own homes to maintain their independence, or have additional support after discharge from hospital. You will need to able to provide: -
· Wound care
· Catheter care
· Administration of complex medication within a patient's home
· Immunisations As well as treatment
· Advice and support with health concerns and refer to other organisations.
Successful candidate will currently be living in the UK, have effective communication skills, excellent attendance record and ability to work under pressure. The evidence of professional development is essential. You will need to have current NHS Community Nursing experience, and be able to provide 2 references.
