As a result of continued growth, PwC's Corporate Secretarial practice seeks a passionate individual to play a key role in implementing our growth strategy and broader compliance, consulting and governance client offerings. In this challenging position you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance obligations of local and global clients whilst consulting with them around share transfers, share capital increases and other adoption/amendment initiatives. In addition you will play a key role in the registration of new companies ensuring pre and post processes are completed and risk is effectively managed.

Technically strong, you will have excellent client management experience as well as practice management experience. You will be self sufficient as well as a team player and be able to work in a cohesive team environment.

Key skills required:

· A minimum 2 years experience gained in a related Corporate Secretarial position within a professional services, provider or law firm environment.

· A legal, business or other relevant tertiary qualification, formal training at Chartered Secretaries association is preferred.

· A good understanding of the Corporations Act 2001 especially in respect of compliance requirements and corporate administrative matters such as audit exemption rules, ASIC filing requirements.

· Prior exposure to creating statutory registers and drafting board resolutions in respect of corporate administrative matters.
