Company Secretary – Life Assurance
The Challenge
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen with a leading life assurance company based in Dublin city centre for a Company Secretary with prior experience working in the life assurance or pensions industry.
Working as part of an international team the role will involve:
PA / Secretarial duties:
• Drawing up agendas for meetings
• Minute taking for meetings
• Drafting reports
• Maintaining company secretary records, ensuring regulatory requirements are met
• Ensuring best practice standards are adhered to
• Providing general personal assistance to the CEO
Life Assurance Administration:
• Preparation and dispatching of new customer business documentation
• Providing contract administration including client instructions (surrenders, switches etc)
• Assisting with telephone requests and advising customers
• Liaising with customers and brokers when required

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a company secretarial role
• Prior experience of the Life Assurance or Pensions industry in Ireland
• First rate organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and should be a team player
• An ability to be adaptable as the role will be dynamic and varied
