A top tier investment bank in Asia, are now looking for a CB professional to join their regional HR team.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Compensation and Benefits , you will partner with HR business partners and line manager to design and recommend competitive compensation programs. Key responsibilities include: plan, design and implement CB programs across the region; participate in salary reviews and surveys; drive new policy changes; ensure alignment on global initiatives and manage ad hoc CB projects and initiatives.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree educated, you will possess a minimum of 4 years direct compensation and benefits experience.
- Candidates with experience working in a CB consulting firm will have a strong advantage.
- Financial services experience would be advantageous, however not essential, and candidates from outside of this sector will be considered.
- You will have strong communication skills with the ability to manage various stakeholder.
- Fluent English is essential with Cantonese or Mandarin being advantageous.
