Compensation and Benefits Executive recruitment

The role will also work alongside the Benefits Executive in the management of benefits across the EMEA region.

Main relationships are with the local CB team, plus wider EMEA HR team, particularly HR Operations Employee Relations. May also work with Tax, Finance, Company Secretarial Risk Management Group (including Compliance) to collect data and/or clarify data requirements.

Compensation

• Produce reports or analyse data to support the development or implementation of reward policies, assess trends or market developments or predict the potential impact of legal or regulatory changes.

• Track salary profit share proposals as required, where these are not managed by Global HR Business partners. Provide consolidated reporting for EMEA management reporting.

• Assist with package valuation and complex hiring offer structuring.

• Contribute to analysis of employee cost elements of HR projects and other commercial activities

• Assist with checking of final salary profit share proposals including deferrals and MEREP awards.

• Prepare modelling and supporting materials for remuneration communications, including analysis for management purposes and Board Remuneration Committee papers as required.

• Assist the team with compensation related issues including the regional input to the remuneration review.

• Handle regional Comp Benefits reporting requirements.

Benefits

• Work closely with Benefits Executive on the annual renewal of benefits across EMEA.

• Handle headcount and compensation reporting to vendors, working with Payroll as needed.  Provide staff details for renewal quotes and updated salary information for pension provider e.g. to Mercer UK (insured benefits) and Zurich (pensions) plus vendors across EMEA region.

• Assist with the maintenance analysis of country specific market data.

HR Department

• Develop co-operative working relationships across the department and provide ad hoc support as needed.
