Reporting to the regional head of HR, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing and administering the compensation and benefits strategy across our organisation. With reach over more than 10,000 employees, this role will contribute to the development of policies and practices to improve employee attraction, motivation and retention. In addition you will:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in working across multiple businesses to integrate the compensation and benefits strategy. In addition, you will have strong leadership skills and ability to manage a growing team of CB specialists. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are required as you build and foster strong relationships with both the global and national Lend Lease HR community.
