Reporting to the regional head of HR, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing and administering the compensation and benefits strategy across our organisation. With reach over more than 10,000 employees, this role will contribute to the development of policies and practices to improve employee attraction, motivation and retention. In addition you will:
- Develop and administer incentive or bonus plans, including employee share plans.
- Liaise with external consultants and industry colleagues to monitor competitive remuneration trends.
- Ensure procedures are in place to provide effective governance of compensation and benefits.
- Manage programs concerning the organisation`s superannuation fund, benefit vehicles, insurance plans, employee mobility programs.
- Partner with the Group HR team to work on global CB initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in working across multiple businesses to integrate the compensation and benefits strategy. In addition, you will have strong leadership skills and ability to manage a growing team of CB specialists. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are required as you build and foster strong relationships with both the global and national Lend Lease HR community.
