Summary:

The HR team has contributed to much of the success of the firm and there is a strong alignment between HR and the business. They currently have a requirement for a Compensation and Benefits specialist who will provide a pro-active compensation, benefit and systems support to the HR team and managers within the firm, providing a consistent approach across different parts of the business.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include maintaining and updating a comprehensive library of salary and benefits benchmarking information from external surveys, staff surveys and other sources; and provide meaningful analysis based on the survey output. You will also be expected to coordinate a compensation process across the firm and update and maintain wider HR policies in line with best practice. Other responsibilities will include advising on C+B issues and providing research and analysis for regular and ad-hoc reward projects.
Requirements:
Ideally you will be degree qualified and have a minimum of 4 years experience in a large corporate or Financial Services or professional services firm. You will have a good understanding of employment related taxes, housing and social security and funding across China and Hong Kong. Strong English skills are essential and Mandarin is preferred.
