COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER recruitment
The appointee will report to the CB director, and perform the duties as:
- Manage the CB plans and programmes of staff including base pay review, benefits and insurance programmes, short term and long term incentives.
- Reward management system review and refinement
- Review company’s compensation and benefits program to maintain its market competitiveness and to comply with local regulations
- Perform market review on job grading, compensation and benefits
Requirement
- Degree graduates with at least 8 years human resources experience. Recent experience should be in CB area in Hong Kong and China, preferably with large sized multinational group.
- A strong people manager with energy, enthusiasm and commercial acumen to work with the business heads.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
