Compensation and Benefits Officer recruitment

Your role

• Provide advice and guidance on compensation and benefits matters and collective agreement queries

• Manage absence tracking system (holidays and other absences) on a daily basis

• Administer company benefits: medical insurance, company car records, lunch-vouchers and well-being subsidies

• Take charge of various HR reporting linked to remuneration (overtime, absenteeism, lunch-vouchers, Social Security and other regulatory reporting)

• Ensure new employees’ registration and completion of personal files

• Accurately manage and maintain the HR information system based on employees’ personal changes

• Assist in salaries’ preparation on a monthly basis and maintain and update remuneration spread-sheets

• Provide HR assistance for any staff queries

• Ensure welcome interview is carried out for new employees

Your profile

• Proven track record in a position requiring attention to details

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation with diplomacy

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism

• Flexible with the ability to prioritise and complete multi-tasks effectively and efficiently

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Ability to manage various and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines

• Well-organised with strong collaboration and influencing skills

• Positive and enthusiastic, a team player with excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English; any other European language would be an asset.
