Petrochemical Equity Analyst- Top Investment bank – UAE recruitment
This is a sell side publishing role and therefore requires a specific candidate who has a background in publishing research on the petrochemical sectors. The petrochemical team currently consists of several junior research analysts, which you have responsibility for mentoring and guiding through the publication process.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and update financial models on companies within the sector
- Create and maintain detailed information databases and valuation comparables
- Publish reports on the Petrochemical sector
- Prepare pre-results and post results updates on companies
- Develop relationships with internal and external clients including company IR departments
- Work closely with both the editorial and sales team to ensure high quality research is being produced
This high demanding position will give the candidate the opportunity to work with both the Head of Petrochemical along with direct access to the Head of Research who sits with a close proximity to the desk.
Skills Required:
- CFA, MBA or ACA Qualification preferable
- Prior knowledge of the Petrochemical sector is essential
- Experience building and maintaining financial models
- Excellent academics
- Knowledge of MENA clients is beneficial but my client is flexible for the right candidate
- Arabic is desirable but not essential
