Reporting to the Group Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering compensation benefits projects, policies and processes across the group and the Australian region. You will be responsible for various projects and policies including annual compensation review, salary benchmarking, incentive and deferred compensation plan and compensation management systems. In addition you will:
- Maintain internal and external relationships including those relationships with internal stakeholders, external consultants, system vendors and industry contacts
- Coach, mentor and train regional c b and human resources team members
- Complete analysis to identify trends in salary movements and make appropriate recommendations
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and have demonstrated experience in working in a compensation and benefits role, human resources and in project management. In addition, you will have strong problem solving, technical and analytical skills. You will also have good interpersonal skills and be able to build successful relationships with key stakeholders.
