Compensation & Benefits / HRIS, APAC – Financial Services recruitment

Our client is a well-known US financial services organization with operations spread across the Asia Pacific region. Due to continued growth they are looking for an ambitious and analytical individual to join their regional Compensation and Benefits team. This is a unique opportunity for someone within an Accounting or Finance background to move into HR.

Reporting into the Head of the function, this will be a hybrid role responsible for HRIS and CB for the region. Working with the APAC team, you will be responsible for the data management of the HR systems for the region, analyzing and reviewing data and running reports. You will be the Asia lead for all system testing, training and enhancements and will build relationships with your internal stakeholders to understand their needs. You will also support CB cycles and processes for the region including compensation plans, benefits reviews, tax projections and ad hoc CB global projects.

The successful candidate will be a degree holder with an analytical and numerical background and around 5 years relevant experience. Strong computer skills are required with particular emphasis on Excel. We would consider a candidate from a tax or accounting background, who wanted to broaden their exposure. Fluency in English is a must.
