Compensation & Benefits Lead | Investment Management | HR Shared Services recruitment

 Responsibilities:

• Under minimal supervision, works with Business and Human Resource partners to develop innovative pay programs.

• Counsel management on the company's compensation strategy, policies, programs and communications.

• May coordinate salary survey activity including developing, analyzing, and management reporting.

• Focus is largely either executive compensation, variable pay, or market data development and consulting.

Qualifications:

• Excellent professional compensation-related experience or equivalent experience in human resources required.

• The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

• Professional certification (CCP or PHR) or advanced degree also preferred.

• Demonstrated interpersonal/communications skills with detail orientation.

• Excellent analytical skills with emphasis on personal computer applications; PeopleSoft preferred.

• Practical knowledge of implications of government regulatory guidelines on evaluation decisions and recommendations.

• Project management experience preferred.
