Compensation & Benefits Manager (Contract -3 months) recruitment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform CB functions such as prepare and generate compensation reports
- Handle staff cost budget, prepare cost centre reports and provisions/accruals
- Conduct and participate in market surveys. Study, analyze and maintain compensation benefit programs to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
- Assist in the review and implementation of CB policies and programs for yearend review process
- Keep abreast of latest employment-related ordinances to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Support on HRIS project when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in HR Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years solid experience in HR with recent experience in CB
- Hands on compensation review experience and well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Meticulous with analytical mind, able to work independently with strong commitment to cope with timelines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Well organized and attentive to details
