As an integral part of the Compensation Benefits team you will construct, implement and administrate various benefit plans within Asia. You also effectively partner with regional clients to provide cash compensation advice, as well as participate in ad hoc surveys and assist with Compensation and Benefits projects as appropriate – share plans, equity buyouts, special projects, general queries and other typical responsibilities pertaining to Compensation and Benefits.

Essential is your Bachelor or Master's degree and 3+ years experience as is a proven ability to communicate with confidence and diplomacy. You will also have proven analytical skills and business savvy and financially astute disposition. Personally you will like to get involved and make a difference and will be prepared to challenge the status quo and standard procedures for improved outcomes.

Experience using SAP and MS Access is required as is English, Mandarin and Cantonese language skills.
